Shirley Wang is a partner at FenXun Partners. Shirley practices in the areas of banking and finance, debt capital market, regulatory and compliance, and asset securitization and management. Shirley is especially experienced in cross-border loan transactions (including syndicated loans, project finance, trade finance, acquisition finance and bilateral loans etc.) and debt securities offering (including Panda Bonds, offshore bonds and PRC onshore bonds).

Advising CDB on a project finance for a power transmission project in Pakistan.
Advising CEXIM on a project finance for a power station project in Bangladesh.
Advised a Chinese bank as the lead arranger in a USD 1 billion financing transaction for a 730MW combined circle gas power plant project in Middle East.
Advised Chinese banks in financing syndicated loans for a power station project sponsored by a PRC company in Vietnam.
Advising a Chinese bank on its finance to Sino-Thai railway project.
Advised ABC International Holdings Limited on its issuance of private placement financial Panda Bonds in the China Inter-bank Bond Market in 2018 (acting as PRC counsel of the issuer).
Advised Macrolink on its issuances of public and private USD bonds in offshore market (acting as PRC counsel of the issuer).
Advised China International Capital Corporation Limited (as underwriter) on several onshore bond issuance projects from year 2017.
Advising the Export-Import Bank of China on written-off non-performance loans in 2019.
