Shirley is especially experienced in cross-border transactions, including loans, debt securities offering and debt restructuring.

- Advised the mandated lead arrangers on certain cross-border financing projects in Indonesia, Bangladesh and Philippines.
- Advised the mandated lead arrangers on certain fixed-asset loans for construction of plants in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
- Advised the mandated lead arrangers on a project finance for a power transmission project in Pakistan.
- Advised the mandated lead arrangers on a coal-fired power plant project in Viet Nam funded by a consortium.
- Advised a Chinese bank on its project finance in relation to its financing a container pier project in Greece.
- Advised banks on certain factoring transactions in respect of relevant construction or sales transactions in South-east Asia, Middle East and East Europe.
- Advised a Chinese bank to provide supply chain finance to PRC entities via a third part online supply chain finance platform.
- Advised foreign issuers on their issuance of Panda Bonds in the China Inter-bank Bond Market and the China Stock Exchange Bond Market.
- Advised banks on restructuring matters in respect of sovereign debts and commercial debts.
- Advised banks and AMCs on investigation, enforcement, disposal and recovering of relevant cross-border non-performing loans and security.
