Biography
Bing Han is a partner of FenXun Partners. Bing focuses on IPOs and fundraisings, restructuring, merger and acquisition, corporate governance and general commercial matters as well as advising listed companies on their ongoing obligations to meet the requirements of securities regulatory authorities. Before joining FenXun Partners, Bing worked with the capital markets group of Baker McKenzie for over seven years.

- Acted for the sponsor and underwriters for the IPO and listing of H shares of Shanghai REFIRE Group Limited (stock code: 2570) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Acted for Horizon Construction Development Limited (stock code: 9930) for its spin-off IPO and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Acted for CRCC High-Tech Equipment Corporation Limited (stock code: 1786) for its spin-off IPO and listing of H shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the first spin-off IPO and separate listing in Hong Kong from an A+H listed company.
- Acted for China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (stock code: 1258) for its top-up placing of shares.
- Acted for Far East Horizon Limited (stock code: 3360) for its multiple offshore convertible bonds offerings.
- Acted for China Railway Construction Corporation (stock code: 1186) for its multiple offshore bonds offerings, including guaranteed bonds, perpetual securities, USD/Euro dual tranche notes and sustainable CNY bonds.
- Acted for CSR Corporation Limited (stock code: 1766) on its merger with China CNR Corporation Limited, the first merger by absorption of two A+H listed companies.
