Rachel Wang is a senior counsel in FenXun Partner's Shanghai office and a member of the Firm's Capital Markets Practice Group. Her practice focuses on capital markets, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.

- Advised sponsors and underwriters in the global offering of Shanghai REFIRE Group Limited and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Advised sponsors and underwriters in the global offering of OrbusNeich Medical Group Holdings Limited and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Advised Yankuang Energy Group Limited in its H share placing of HKD4.96 billion.
- Advised GEM Co., Ltd. in the global offering of global depositary receipts and listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange. The deal value was USD346 million. This is among the first batch of the PRC companies offering global depositary receipts and listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange under the PRC-Switzerland Stock Connect.
- Advised Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in the global offering of global depositary receipts and listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
- Advised China Pacific Insurance Group Co., Ltd. on its issuance of global depositary receipts and listing on the London Stock Exchange Shanghai-London Stock Connect scheme.
- Advised Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd., a PC unit manufacturer, on the public offering of its H shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Advised YCIH Green High-performance Concrete Company Limited, a state-owned ready mixed concrete producer, on the public offering of its H shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Advised SF REIT on its IPO and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which is the first logistics-focused REIT in Hong Kong.
- Advised China Railway Construction Corporation Limited on its issuance of USD 1 billion guaranteed perpetual securities, and offshore RMB3.5 billion guarantee bond.
