Biography
Mr. Wang is the managing partner of FenXun Partners and head of the Public M&A and Capital Markets practice group. His major practice areas include mid- to large-size SOE reorganization, domestic and overseas securities offering and listing, acquisition and reorganization of listed companies and other M&A.
In the Capital Markets practice area, Mr. Wang has represented various domestic and foreign clients in their equity and debt securities (including H share, S share, A share and B share) offering projects. In addition, Mr. Wang advises listed companies in their reorganization projects.
Before joining FenXun Partners, Mr. Wang was with a leading PRC law firm for approximately twelve years, first as an associate and then as a partner.
